Shipping policy

• [STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY]
  Fashion City will only accept shipments to a valid street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper must use a P.O. Box address, please include the recipient’s phone number on the shipping label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may have slight delay with shipping, and will not be covered by any Service Guarantee. It will also require an address correction charge being $14.00. Lastly, addresses at the Army Post Offices (APO)  and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) are not accepted as well. 

 

• [INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY]
  : Shipping fees for all International Orders will be calculated once the order is completely packed and ready to be shipped out. Please email info@hellofashioncity.com  if the package is needed to be shipped outside of the United States of America, have questions, or need further assistance.
