What is the minimum order quantity?
12 pieces — on everything. Caps, apparel and bags are all the same minimum.
You can split that across colors in the same order: 6 black caps and 6 beige caps counts as 12.
How long does production take?
If you want a designer proof first, about 7–10 business days after you approve it. If you tell us to make it exactly as you built it on the site, about 3–5 business days.
What if I don’t have a logo file?
That is fine — most of our customers don’t. Send a photo of your sign, your truck, or an old business card and our designers will redraw it into a finished custom piece. If you do have a file, vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal and a high-resolution PNG works too.
Can I order different sizes in one order?
Yes. On apparel you enter how many of each size you want — S, M, L, and XL — and they all cost the same. The order quantity adds itself up from those boxes.
